These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Heart Sort mobile application (the "App") provided by EditBySK ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About the App
Heart Sort is a casual puzzle game where players sort colorful hearts
into tubes. The App is available on mobile platforms under the
package identifier com.editbysk.heartsort.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with the minimum age requirements of your country and app store to use the App. If you are under the age required to consent to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. License to Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded the App.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App except as allowed by law
- Use cheats, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools
- Attempt to disrupt servers, ad systems, or other users' experience
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
4. Game Progress, Coins & Virtual Items
The App includes virtual items such as coins, theme unlocks, and daily boosts. These items:
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Are not transferable outside the App
- May be changed, rebalanced, or removed as part of game updates
- Are stored locally on your device in the current version of the App
We are not responsible for loss of progress caused by uninstalling the App, clearing app data, changing devices, or device failure.
5. Advertisements & Rewarded Ads
Heart Sort is free to play and supported by advertising through Google AdMob. The App may show:
- Banner advertisements during gameplay
- Interstitial advertisements between levels
- Rewarded advertisements that you may choose to watch for optional benefits
Rewarded ads may grant in-game benefits such as extra hints, undo actions, an additional bottle, level skip, or coins. Watching ads is optional unless you choose to use those features.
Ad availability depends on your region, device, network connection, and Google's ad inventory. We do not guarantee that ads will always be available.
Your use of ads is also subject to Google's terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.
6. Daily Free Boosts
The App may provide a limited number of free daily uses for undo, hint, and add-bottle features. These allowances reset on a calendar-day basis. When free uses are exhausted, optional rewarded advertisements may be offered.
7. In-App Purchases
The current version of Heart Sort does not require payment to download or play. If paid features are added in the future, separate purchase terms will apply and will be shown before you complete any transaction.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use the App in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not:
- Harass, abuse, or harm others through support channels or reviews
- Submit false or misleading information to us
- Interfere with the normal operation of the App or its ads
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its graphics, audio, levels, themes, trademarks, and software, is owned by EditBySK or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
10. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including Google AdMob and app store platforms (Google Play / Apple App Store). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDITBYSK AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF THE APP WAS USED FREE OF CHARGE).
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction to the extent required by mandatory consumer protection rules. If no mandatory rule applies, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws applicable to EditBySK's place of business, unless local law requires otherwise.
